Mental health management dashboard
Medica is a modern dashboard concept designed for a medical platform focused on mental health and therapy management. The interface helps medical teams visualize organizational structure, track therapy session performance, and monitor overall workload efficiency — all within a calm, accessible, and visually balanced environment.
The goal was to translate complex medical and organizational data into a clear, human-centered dashboard that supports daily decision-making without overwhelming the user. Special attention was given to clarity, emotional tone, and accessibility — key factors in mental healthcare products.
The design process began with wireframes exploring how to clearly present team hierarchy — making relationships, roles, and responsibilities easy to understand at a glance. The focus was on creating a logical structure that scales with team size while remaining readable and intuitive.
Next, I developed two fully consistent visual themes — Light and Dark mode — ensuring identical layout logic, spacing, typography, and data representation across both versions. This approach supports accessibility and user comfort in different lighting conditions without compromising usability.
Throughout the process, I focused on balance: combining strong information hierarchy, compact data visualizations (charts, progress rings), and soft, human-centered visuals. Rounded elements, natural contrast, and friendly profile imagery help create a trustworthy atmosphere appropriate for mental health and therapy-focused platforms.
